What does an AutoPlan repair plan include?
Silver, Gold and Platinum list the parts we may consider for a repair contribution. Limits per repair are Silver £500, Gold £1,000 and Platinum £2,500, including parts, labour, diagnosis and VAT. Repair decisions are discretionary and payment is not guaranteed. Read the full terms before joining.
Can I claim as soon as my cover starts?
There is a 30-day waiting period from your start date, with no minimum mileage requirement. Faults that began or showed symptoms before that period ended are excluded. Contact us before any repair or dismantling begins.
How do I make a claim?
Contact AutoPlan as soon as you discover a fault. We will explain the next steps and may ask for diagnostic evidence or an authorised repairer assessment before work begins.
Can I cancel my warranty?
You can request cancellation by contacting our support team. Any refund is calculated under the cancellation terms in your policy agreement.
